The Thermenhotel Bad Salomonsbrunn has its own thermal water source. The pure, light water, low in minerals, is used throughout the hotel; you can also relax in the whirlpool with the in-house healing water.

Relax in our “Acqua Vital” wellness area - use is free: lots of daylight, Finnish sauna, steam bath, thermarium, aroma and experience shower, Kneipp pool with dolomite stones and a cozy relaxation room.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations made between 15 - 30 days prior to the day of arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged.
For cancellations made between 7- 15 days prior to the day of arrival, 60% of the total price will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the day of arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.
Early departures and late arrivals will be charged at 90% of the total price.


Trip cancellation insurance

With our trip cancellation insurance, you are financially covered. Should you need to change the dates of your booking, cancel, or leave early, the fees can be reimbursed if you have our travel insurance, which is covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Method of payment at the Hotel: The bill can be paid in cash (up to 2.999,99 Euro), by check, credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by cash card.

Arrival / Departure: from 2 p.m. Please inform us if you will be arriving after 7 p.m. Departure: up to 10.00 a.m.

Pets: Small dogs (max. 10 kg) are welcome. However, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness area or the outside garden. The rate for dogs is € 20 per day (food not included). A final cleaning charge may be necessary.
